Today, naturalness – is a high level, it is a trend. But that is not all, adding applesauce from early harvested apples, natural fruit juice and roasted peanuts. The product is packaged in two convenient form factors: a bag containing a mix of flavours, convenient for sharing and a bar, convenient as a snack at school or at work. This allows us to satisfy the wishes of the whole family, and most importantly keep an affordable budget. We had to, of course, add some wafer and glaze to achieve a twelve-month shelf life and improve manoeuvrability and stability. These new technologies that were used in the product – are a continuation of the tradition of confectionery art.
